Peppermint-Lavender Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Lavender Buds dried
  • 1/2 C Peppermint Leaves dried
  • 4 C Water
  • 4 C Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Place Lavender and Peppermint in a saucepan with 4 cups of water, bring to a simmer.

  2. Simmer for 1 minutes and remove from heat, and allow to steep for about 10 minutes.
  3. Fill a pitcher with 4 cups cold water and strain the hot tea into the cold water.

Recipe Notes

This tea is great hot or cold. Depending on the type of lavender you use you may have to adjust the amount used.
