Herb Grilled Chicken Tenders

This is a perfectly light and satisfying BBQ season treat. Deliciously seasoned chicken cooked over and open fire is the best way to go.

Ingredients

  • 4 – 6oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon herbs de provence
  • 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken into tenders of equal size. Coat with 1 teaspoon of oil. Season with herbs de provence and toss to coat.
  2. About 5 minutes before you place them on the grill, toss seasoned chicken tenders with lemon juice. Use the remaining oil to “grease” the grill grates. Grill each tender for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  3. Allow to rest 5-8 minutes and serve with grilled vegetables or bacon wrapped asparagus.
