Ingredients

  • 1 8oz package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 11/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 sheet of Puff Pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Lay out puff pastry sheet on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  3. Run a fork over the pastry and curl up the edges.
  4. Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes, and cool on a rack.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest until well incorporated and fluffy.
  6. Evenly layer the cream cheese mixture over the cooled party and then add the blueberries in an even layer. Make sure that all the blueberries are slightly pressed into the cream cheese, this will prevent runaways.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1-hour before serving.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
