Mongolian Beef
I first had Mongolian Beef at PF Chang when we lived in San Diego. I instantly fell in love with the flavor. The beef and scallions are a perfect match with the ginger and garlic.
This is my version of Mongolian and is a lighter version compared to PF Chang’s famous dish. Although the calories have been cut, you will not miss the flavor! This dish has about 300 calories per serving compared to 720.
I mean look at it, it’s mouth watering.
This is a huge calorie savings when you are paying close attention to your calorie intake. As many of us look to improve health while we decrease our waistline, this dish fits right in.
I often have to double the recipe because my husband loves this dish so much. Just the other day he nearly walked away with my plate thinking I was finished and he could snag the last.
